Our Process

How CPR Group Approaches a Calgary Restoration Project

01

Emergency response and mitigation.

CPR Group responds quickly to restoration emergencies with temporary weatherproofing, water extraction, and board-up services that stop ongoing damage before it spreads. Fast mitigation keeps the insurance claim smaller and protects the structure.

02

Full damage assessment and documentation.

Our HAAG Certified Inspectors document every area of damage with photos, measurements, and a written scope of work. This documentation meets insurance adjuster standards and forms the basis of your claim file.

03

Coordinated repairs with one contractor.

CPR Group performs the repairs in-house, from structural work and roofing to siding, water damage cleanup, and building envelope restoration. You get a single point of accountability instead of a chain of subcontractor handoffs.

04

Final inspection and close-out.

Every CPR Group restoration project ends with a final inspection, photo documentation of the completed work, and the paperwork your insurance carrier needs to close the file.
